Sieve the plain flour, cocoa and baking powder. Add chocolate colour and essense. Fold in the flour alternatively with refined oil and pour this mixture into the prepared cake tin. Bake in in the preheated baking oven at 190 degree for 15-18 minutes on position.&lt;br /&gt;Icing and decoration :Slice the cake into 2 layers. Whip the cream with the sugar. Salt according to taste.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Method:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Wash the tomatoes. Cut them form the top. Scoop out the seeds and the pulp. Heat oil in vessel and add cumin seeds. When they crackle, add onion and saute till light pink in colour. Add green chilli's and cook for one minute. Add crumbled paneer and the remaining masala and salt. Stuff this mix inthe scooped out tomato. Salt to taste.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Method:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sauce:Melt butter add flour and cook for two minutes without browning.Remove from heat, stir in the milk and mix well. Return to flame and cook till the sauce thickens. Add salt as required.( Makes 2 cups.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mix boiled vegetables with the white sauce. Add salt and pepper. In a baking dish spread the vegetables.
