PANEER STUFFED TOMATO


Ingredients: 6-7 tomatoes (hard)

Stuffing: 1 1/2 cups paneer (crumbled) . 1 chopped onion . 1 chopped green chilli . 1 tbsp oil . 2 tbsp coriander leaves . 1/2 tsp tumeric powder . 1/2 tsp cumin seeds. 1 tbsp garam masala . Salt according to taste.
Method:
Wash the tomatoes. Cut them form the top. Scoop out the seeds and the pulp. Heat oil in vessel and add cumin seeds. When they crackle, add onion and saute till light pink in colour. Add green chilli's and cook for one minute. Add crumbled paneer and the remaining masala and salt. Stuff this mix inthe scooped out tomato. Grill in the preheated baking oven at 180 degrees at position I for 8-10 minutes.Sevre hot as if or with a gravy of your choise.
